Throughout the buying and selling process, there are many people involved in the transaction, including lenders, the title company, inspectors, contractors, other agents, and more. This means there are a lot of people to keep updated, ask and answer questions to, and correlate schedules with. Each one of these requires communication, whether on the phone or in person. I am the point of contact for you, so you don't have to spend your day making and answering calls or scheduling events.

Buying and selling real estate involves many legally binding documents and strict deadlines. An incorrectly completed contract or a missed deadline can sometimes be very costly. In some cases, it can even terminate your agreement. I will guide you through each step of the process and make sure that everything is completed correctly and on time. I also prepare all paperwork for you to review and sign, submit documents as required, and ensure everything stays on track.

Real estate  involves big decisions, big price tags, and even bigger emotions. Knowing that a licensed agent is making sure things are taken care of can provide you with peace of mind, and it can also lessen some of the stress that buying and selling can bring. As your Realtor, I work in your best interest and keep you informed as progress and changes happen. This allows you to focus on your daily life. If problems arise, I am there to help so you don't have to navigate it alone.

It takes more than putting a sign in the yard to sell your home quickly and for top dollar. I will develop a custom plan specifically for you. Professional photos are a must, but additional things could include home staging and decorating, custom domain and website, printed brochures, social media ads, open houses, and more. 

Buying a home when you aren't in the area can create new challenges. I'll do whatever I can to make this process as easy as possible for you. Want to view a property? I'll do a virtual showing. Want to know the size of a living room wall? I'll get it measured for you. I will do my best to make you feel at home even before you're here.
